Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment wearing comfortable clothes.
For your security, we ask that you leave your valuables in your hotel room; we cannot be responsible for any lost items.
Please make any reservation changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or a fee of 50% of the service will be chaged to you.
If you do not notify us of a cancellation and do not show for your appointment, the full price of the service will be charged to you.
